Biography
Ángel Fuentes, born on June 8, 1960, is a singer known for paying tribute to the legendary Venezuelan band Los Terrícolas, a group that emerged in the late 1960s and achieved both national and international fame, remaining relevant for several decades.
Since the 1990s, Ángel Fuentes has carried the legacy of Los Terrícolas and the Fuentes family to stages across Colombia, Venezuela, and Ecuador, performing in numerous cities and towns. His voice, almost identical to that of the original group, stands out for its fresher and more youthful tone.
Under the production of Fabián Montoya, he recorded a greatest hits album as a tribute to Los Terrícolas.
Throughout his career, he has successfully performed the band’s most iconic hits, such as “Vivirás”, “Luto en el Alma”, “El Plebeyo”, “Llorarás”, among many others, keeping the romantic essence of Los Terrícolas alive and captivating multiple generations of fans across Latin America.
